Shipping & Delivery
This is the time it takes for us to receive hair from our trusted vendors and to construct and bring your wig to life.
Processing time is 7-14business days, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. If there is a sale processing will be extended 1-4 business days.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.
If wigs are on-hand/ Ready to ship it will ship out next business day.
If you pay with ZIP or ShopPay your order will take an additional 2-3 days to process.
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
- UNITED STATES 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
- INTERNATIONAL 6-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail
Expect delays during sales period and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Your package will require a signature.
By placing an order at Ïra's Legacy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Ïra's Legacy. Please refer to our return policy for further information on how to return your packages.
Ïra’s Legacy can ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii! If you are shipping to a APO/FPO/DPO address, please email us at email@example.com to place your order. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order at our sole discretion. If we refuse a shipment, a refund will be initiated in full.
International shipping is available. We reserve the right to change or modify our shipping rates based on carrier availability, pricing, and demand.
Shipping delivery estimates are suggestions but not guarantees. Once the package has been given to the shipping partner, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or chosen shipping speed. Please be sure to select an appropriate shipping speed at checkout, as after an order is placed we may not be able to make changes to the address or selected shipping speed.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
- All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.
- If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
- To have your package covered I highly recommend adding Route Package Protection.
Measurements for wigs are YOUR responsibility. Incorrect measurements that lead to an ill-fitting wig will not be our responsibility. Having your hair flat under your wig is very important and measurements should be taken while your hair is flat as well.(Cornrows is recommended)
- If a unit doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements given to Ïra’s Legacy, we will offer to reconstruct the unit for a $70 FEE to recreate the unit. If your unit does not fit this will not result in a refund. Please be sure to obtain your measurements properly.
-Units are created from what is given to me. All custom made units are created differently considering each unit holds different weights and length of bundles.
Due to natural wear and tear your unit may need maintenance after a while. If you would like me to fix anything please purchase the "WIG MAINTENANCE"
DISCLAIMERS:Please note: For any custom colored unit, when being replicated the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and colors differently, but I will try to get it close to the same.ÏRA’S LEGACY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNITS NOT FITTING PROPERLY DUE TO THE SELECTING OF AN INCORRECT CAP SIZE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER. PLEASE REFER TO OUR CHART.
