Store Policy

• REFUNDS CAN NOT BE MADE ON MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, READY TO SHIP ITEMS AND SERVICES.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If shipments are refused from Ïra’s Legacy, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

• Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items and everything is package as it originally came.

• Refunds will only be made on services where you never sent your tracking # or hair to us.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

• Prices are subject to change at anytime. 

ORDER PROCESS

1)  You pay for your order.

2)  You will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

3)  The Processing period begins. 

Processing time is 7-14business days. If there is a sale processing will be extended 1-4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

•  If you pay with ZIP or ShopPay your order will take an additional 2-3 days to process. 

4)  After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.

5)  You will receive Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking Number will be inside the email.

6)  Your package will be shipped off via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days U.S.) (6-10 business days International)

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.
• Ïra’s Legacy does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
• PLEASE understand that once your order has been shipped and you have received tracking that is NOT Ira’s Legacy responsible for it after that.

 PROCESSING TIME

 This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and to construct/ work on your unit.

 SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

• UNITED STATES 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
• INTERNATIONAL 6-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail

Expect delays during sales period and holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

• We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

• All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 

• If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM

• To have your package covered I highly recommend adding Route Package Protection. 

 MAINTENANCE

Due to natural wear and tear your unit may need maintenance after a while. If you would like me to fix anything a please purchase the "WIG MAINTENANCE"
