What is the difference between a closure, frontal, and U-part wig?
Closure wigs feature a 4x4 or 5x5 lace piece at the top/front of the wig, offering a natural-looking part with minimal leave-out. Frontal wigs have a 13x4 or 13x6 lace piece that spans ear to ear, allowing for versatile styling including pulled-back looks and side parts. U-part wigs have a U-shaped opening at the top where you blend in a small section of your natural hair for a seamless, natural finish.
What wig cap constructions do you offer?
We offer lace front, and U-part constructions. Each style is designed to provide a secure, comfortable fit and a natural-looking hairline.
How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Measuring should be done with how you will wear your hair under your wigs (Ex. braids to the scalp, twists, ponytail). Each wig includes adjustable straps and combs for a secure, customized fit. If you have a smaller or larger head, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the best fit.
Sizing & Fit
How do I measure my head for a wig?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your head, starting at your hairline at the front, going around the back of your head, and returning to the front. This gives you your circumference. Standard cap size is 21.5–22.5 inches but we offer up to 23.5 inches.
Will the wig stay secure during daily activities?
Yes! Our wigs are equipped with adjustable straps, combs, and elastic bands for a snug fit. For extra security, you can use wig glue, tape, or a wig grip band (sold separately).
Hair Care & Maintenance
How do I wash my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 7–10 wears, or when there is significant product buildup. Use these steps:
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or brush (starting at the ends to root) before washing.
- Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water and add a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo.
- Submerge the wig and gently swish — do not scrub or rub.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner, leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse.
- Gently pat dry with a microfiber towel and allow to air dry on a wig stand.
Can I use regular hair products on my wig?
We recommend using sulfate-free, alcohol-free products specifically formulated for human hair wigs. Avoid heavy oils or products with harsh chemicals that can dry out or damage the hair over time.
What is the expected lifespan of a wig?
With proper care, our human hair wigs can last 1–3 years or longer. The lifespan depends on how frequently the wig is worn, how well it is maintained, and how often heat is applied. Wigs worn daily and styled frequently may have a shorter lifespan than those worn occasionally.
Styling & Heat Tools
Can I use heat tools on my wig?
Yes! Our wigs are made from 100% human hair and can be styled with flat irons, curling wands, and blow dryers. We recommend using a heat protectant spray before applying any heat and keeping tools at a moderate temperature (below 380°F / 193°C) to preserve the hair's integrity and longevity.
Can I color or bleach my wig?
Yes, our human hair wigs can be colored. However, we strongly recommend having coloring done by a professional stylist experienced with wigs. Bleaching and coloring can affect the hair's texture and lifespan. Please note that color services performed after purchase are not covered under our return policy.
Can I curl or straighten the wig?
Absolutely. Our wigs can be curled, straightened, and restyled just like your natural hair. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to maintain the hair's health and shine.
Custom Services
Do you offer custom coloring services?
Yes! We offer custom color services on select styles. Please contact us directly to discuss your desired color, and we will provide a quote and estimated turnaround time. Custom-colored orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Processing
How long does processing take?
Ready2Ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders (including custom color or custom-built wigs) may take 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the request.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Can I exchange my wig for a different style or size?
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for unworn, unaltered wigs in their original packaging. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to inquire about an exchange.
